The Midnight Flyers are a 5-piece Eagles covers band based in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. They can play over two hours of hits and album tracks from the classic US westcoast country rock band that put out hits in the 70s 80s and 90s. They were brought together through a love of Eagles music and, especially the layered harmony vocals which they seek to emulate.

Playing for you

The band play a range of gigs from small pub rooms to festivals, tailoring instrumentation and amplification to the venue.  If you’d like to book us just get in touch through our email contact or ring.

How it all began

Four of us first met at an open mic at a pub in the village of Cherry Burton in East Yorkshire. Started playing a few songs, and some of those Eagles harmonies started to emerge.

We felt we had to take it further and after drafting in our fifth member we started practising hard, performing our first gig in the spring of 2022.

Since then we’ve covered most of the Eagles greatest hits in quite a lot of album tracks too.

We’ve played in pubs, festivals, halls and even done a bit of busking. It’s all good for practice.

The Eagles Story

We have recently launched ‘The Eagles Story’, a show which chronicles the origins and the development of the band since they met at the troubadour club in Los Angeles in the early 1970s.

Their relationship with other bands and famous musicians like Linda Ronstadt and Jackson Brown

It takes you through to their demise in the early 80s and their subsequent solo careers and reunions which go on till today.

Our show is backed with photographs and illustrations to remind you of what everything looked like back in the 70s.

Our Eagles Story shows are usually ticketed events so keep an eye out for venues advertising our shows and come out for a couple of hours of Eagles immersion.
